How Do I Select a Color?

GenderCat offers over 100 skin-tones to choose from.  The good news is that you can have samples sent to you for free.  When placing your order type "Send Color Samples" in the color option and color samples will be sent to you for free by first class mail.  They will take 3-5 days to arrive.  Once you make your selection you can simply message us with your color number at yourbetterproduct@gmail.com or by clicking on the "message us" button found in the lower right hand corner of every page of our website.  This will put your order into production. 

Are Your Packers STP?

They are not.  However, you may want to sign up for our mailing list so that you are updated when new products become available.

 

Your Packers Are Not STP.  Will They Get In The Way Of Peeing?

No,  GenderMender Adhesible and Self-Adhesive packers do not get in the way of peeing.

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We don't want to make anyone wait.  We feel the transgender community waits for too many things!  However, because we offer so many skin tones each order is "custom" and will take 1-2 weeks to produce.

 

How Do Your Payment Plans Work?

We want to make sure our products are accessible to as many people as possible so we offer payment plans.  From your cart, you can click on the large blue button that says "Purchase with Partially Payment Plans" From there you can select your down payment, the frequency of payments and how long you will pay for.  We will put your order into production and ship immediately.  If you choose to use your bank account as a source of payment, it may take a few days for your authorization to clear.  Once it does your order will go into production.
